Plant Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Controller to join our team at Envista Holdings Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our management team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, and driving business growth through effective financial planning and analysis.

• Provide financial counsel and guidance to operations management team, supporting business activities, projects, and capital investment plans.
• Coordinate and guide the financial planning/forecasting process for the site, ensuring departments are part of the process and own the plan.
• Determine standard unit costs for all articles processed by the plant, ensuring accurate cost center structure and related cost planning.
• Prepare actual results on a monthly basis, ensuring actual costs correspond to produced volume and related consumption of material and plant resources.
• Develop and provide monthly reporting, including relevant KPIs, to plant management and operations controlling.
• Ensure full compliance with Envista/Nobel Biocare financial policies, guidelines, and accounting principles, as well as with SOX requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar; Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Sound understanding of production controlling, product costing, accounting principles.
• ERP experience (SAP preferred), MS Excel experience (Advanced), and HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) is preferred.

Envista Holdings Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $130,100 - $167,800, as well as an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
