Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team at RefleXion Medical. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and manufacturing our complex electro-mechanical, radiation therapy medical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and test various system components, including electrical and mechanical parts, with high precision and quality.
  • Perform cable routing and maintain accurate component traceability and associated build documentation.
  • Conduct routine subsystem level testing, identify and troubleshoot failures, and perform repairs and upgrades as needed.
  • Follow established internal and 21 CFR Part 820 quality standards, as well as safety standards set by Division of Occupational Safety and Health.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in hands-on assembling and/or repairs on electrical, mechanical, cable assemblies, or similar equipment.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Advanced skills with basic hand tools and inspection equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings.
  • Available to work first shift (6am to 2pm).
  • Must be able to routinely lift objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work safely at heights (ladders, elevated platforms, etc.).
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous medical device manufacturing experience.
  • Motivated, proactive self-starter.
  • Strong attention to documentation details and traceability.
