With FDA clearance, SCINTIX therapy automates the targeting and motion management essential for FDG-guided treatment of lung and bone tumors, whether originating from primary cancers or as metastases.

In collaboration with leading radiopharmaceutical companies, we are co-developing and co-commercializing specialized radiotracers aimed at treating late-stage cancers.

Position Overview

The Electro-Mechanical Assembly Specialist (1st Shift) plays a crucial role in the organization by assembling, testing, and manufacturing complex electro-mechanical products used in radiation therapy.

This position entails meticulous assembly, testing, and quality assurance of various system components, ensuring the highest standards of production quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, align, and fit electrical and mechanical components for various subsystems, including collimation and power panels.
  • Execute cable routing for different subsystems and maintain precise component traceability along with associated documentation.
  • Conduct routine subsystem-level testing and troubleshoot any failures that arise.
  • Perform necessary repairs and upgrades to assemblies as required.
  • Adhere to established internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow safety protocols as mandated by the Division of Occupational Safety and Health.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Work Environment

This position requires the successful candidate to work onsite at RefleXion Medical.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in assembling and/or repairing electrical and mechanical systems.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Proficient in using basic hand tools and inspection equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings.
  • Availability for first shift (6am to 2pm).
  • Capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Comfortable working at heights (ladders, elevated platforms, etc.).
  • Strong team player with effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a keen attention to detail.
