Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Spa Receptionist at Benchmark Spruce Point Inn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our spa facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Welcoming Guests

Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests as they enter the spa, ensuring they feel relaxed and at ease.

Facility Tours and Information

Offer guided tours of the spa facilities and provide detailed information on our services and amenities, ensuring guests are fully informed and prepared for their experience.

Guest Support and Assistance

Assist guests with equipment usage, booking treatments, and recording transactions, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Cleanliness and Safety

Monitor the spa and fitness room for cleanliness and safety, providing direction or instruction when necessary to maintain the highest standards.

Requirements
  • Certifications and Qualifications

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Personality and Skills

Engaging and welcoming personality, strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.

Physical Demands

Frequent bending, pushing/pulling, and lifting/carrying of up to 30 lbs., with occasional lifting/carrying of up to 50 lbs.

Schedule and Availability

Flexible schedule that allows for weekend and holiday work.
