At Mass General Brigham, we are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team in the main radiology department. This is a full-time, day shift position that requires the ability to perform a variety of radiographic procedures and duties under the direction of a qualified Physician, Operations Manager, and Diagnostic Technical Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the special needs and behaviors of patients ranging from newborn to geriatric in age. They will also possess a deep knowledge of the imaging equipment and be able to operate it to produce quality diagnostic images of specified body parts.

The successful candidate will have an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent military training, as well as a Radiologic Technologist License issued by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Radiation Control Board. They will also be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or become registered within 12 months of hire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiographic procedures and duties under the direction of a qualified Physician, Operations Manager, and Diagnostic Technical Specialist.
  • Operate imaging equipment to produce quality diagnostic images of specified body parts.
  • Provide excellent patient care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and imaging procedures.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent military training.
  • Radiologic Technologist License issued by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Radiation Control Board.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or become registered within 12 months of hire.
  • CPR/BLS certification/training required.
  • Must maintain minimum requirements for acquiring Continuing Education Units (CEUs) as mandated by State and ARRT Guidelines.
