Position Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and will be responsible for providing high-quality services to students with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough evaluations to identify and diagnose speech and language impairments in students.
  • Create and execute tailored therapy plans based on evaluation findings.
  • Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Facilitate IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and other school personnel to establish and assess student objectives.
  • Maintain precise records of therapy sessions, student advancements, and IEP modifications.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid licensure and certification in the relevant state.
  • Experience in leading IEP meetings is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively in a collaborative educational environment.
