We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Supplemental Health Care. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to students in a school setting.

Job Summary:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, screening, evaluating, and sharing results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team. You will also develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students, review goals and objectives, and make recommendations for appropriate care plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and screen students to identify communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement IEPs for students with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other school professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students
  • Monitor student progress and make recommendations for continued treatment
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent experience
  • Delaware SLP License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • ASHA Certification
