Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for delivering individualized and group speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Therapy Plans: Create tailored therapy plans to address speech and language goals, and assess and monitor student progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with School Staff: Work with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success and provide recommendations and strategies for classroom support to enhance student communication skills.
  • Record Student Progress: Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and therapy sessions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) required.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with middle school students is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
