This role is subject to registration requirements under the SAFE Act.

In accordance with the SAFE Act, all employees involved in residential mortgage loan originations must register with the federal registry system and maintain good standing.

As this role necessitates SAFE Act registration, employees must complete the required background check and registration process. Failure to secure and/or uphold SAFE Act registration may lead to disciplinary measures, including termination.

Client Engagement:


Deliver customized and personalized advice to clients through comprehensive reviews and presentations, including evaluating financial objectives and proposing investment advisory strategies.

Effectively communicate solutions tailored to clients' financial needs, including core banking services and investment solutions.

Collaborate with Financial Advisor teams to expand their network by sharing pertinent market insights and discussing new products to foster portfolio growth.

Leverage the full range of resources available within the organization to benefit clients or prospects.

Develop and expand a client portfolio to meet and exceed established financial targets, demonstrating the ability to progress to the next level as an advisor.

Prioritize client inquiries and facilitate introductions to appropriate internal service providers based on client requirements and asset levels.

Advisor Development Program (ADP):

During this phase of your career, the Wealth Management Solutions Consultant will provide essential training and mentorship through a structured path to becoming a successful and independent financial advisor.

You will have the opportunity to engage with both affluent and high-net-worth clients, identifying needs, nurturing relationships, assessing investment goals, and crafting investment recommendations that align with client objectives.

In this role, you will cultivate the relationship management skills necessary to thrive in an Elite Growth Practice.

From personal branding to managing your own practice, we will equip you with the tools needed for success.

The Wealth Management Solutions Consultant role offers experienced advisors the chance to pursue a career within the organization.

Required Qualifications:
Possession of Series 7 & 65 (or 66) licenses
Minimum of two years' experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
At least one year of experience in the investment sector, including investment training and comprehensive knowledge of investment products and services
Self-motivated individual who effectively manages time and workload
Ability to set and achieve goals
Strong relationship-building skills
Effective collaboration with others to accomplish tasks
Confident communication skills, comfortable engaging with all clients

Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC)
