About the Role

Frontier Airlines is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Line Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance operations, you will be responsible for providing shift-level oversight for all line maintenance activities at our assigned Maintenance base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, monitor, and coordinate SMS activities to ensure safe and expedient aircraft return to service.
  • Identify hazards and safety risks, and provide procedural guidance to ensure compliance with Frontier maintenance manuals and company policies.
  • Develop plans and prioritize maintenance activity to meet established schedules and ensure timely documentation compliance.
  • Validate line maintenance aircraft tooling is available, maintained, and controlled to meet daily task requirements.
  • Manage labor schedules to ensure required capacity and ensure compliance with applicable labor agreements or contracts.
Requirements
  • FAA Certificated Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic rating and License.
  • Working knowledge of 121 Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • 10 years aircraft line mechanic maintenance experience.
  • 5 years Supervisor Aircraft line maintenance experience.
  • Previous experience managing a Line Maintenance Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program.
