KEY INFORMATION:

  • This position is located on-site in Hudson, New Hampshire, at our newly established facility.

YOUR ROLE

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Training Provided

  • Retrieve stock for replenishment from overstock areas in both main and auxiliary warehouses.
  • Identify and verify products into designated picking bins.
  • Gather, palletize, and process orders for key accounts.
  • Disassemble empty boxes in designated zones throughout the shift.
  • Ensure all products are accurately transferred and confirmed to their locations in real-time.
  • Conduct end-of-shift cleaning duties.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and secure work environment.
  • Comply with all Fork Lift and Box Truck safety regulations.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor without delay.

EXAMPLES OF TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM

  • Document inspections of Fork Lifts and Box Trucks; charge Fork Lifts at the end of your shift when necessary.
  • Obtain and renew Department of Transportation certification annually.
  • Assist in picking customer orders as needed to support the shipping department.
  • Provide support to the Shipping department as directed.
  • Help with the receiving of trucks and shipments as required.
  • Be willing to train and achieve Fork Lift Certification.

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • 1-2 years of experience in a distribution center operating heavy machinery.
  • Ability to read and write basic English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current valid driver's license.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position requires continuous activities such as standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, pushing, and pulling. The ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds frequently and use a stair ladder for retrieving overstock items is essential.
