This role will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies, improving safety and quality metrics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs
- Lead quality assurance initiatives to identify and address defects or discrepancies in products, packaging, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Manage and coordinate activities relating to asset protection and loss containment
- Oversee the implementation and management of security measures to protect company assets and ensure a safe environment for employees and vendors
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory control, quality management, asset protection, or related roles
- Experience in inventory management principles, quality assurance standards, investigations, and regulatory requirements
- Leadership experience and proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- APICS CPIM or CLTD certification, Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or PMP certification
- Understanding of Government Regulatory expectations (OSHA, DEP, FDA)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
