The salary for this position ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
This role will work under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager and provide administrative support to the Irvine office. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing general administrative support, including maintaining kitchen and supply rooms, conducting inventory, ordering supplies, and set-up and clean-up after company events.
- Running errands, filing, copying, archiving, typing, and answering phones.
- Supporting all departments, services, and functions, maintaining workflow for administrative tasks, and working with all employees, managers, Directors, and receptionists.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
- A minimum of 2 years' work experience in an administrative function within an office setting.
- A valid CA driver's license and own vehicle.
- Experience answering multi-line systems and using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong time-management skills, ability to prioritize work, projects, and requests, and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and establish effective working relationships with varying personalities.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry boxes and supplies up to 35lbs without accommodation.
