Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: As a Registered Nurse, you will serve as a dynamic member of the patient care team, providing treatment, education, and guidance to fertility patients throughout their journey. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Implementing patient diagnostic and clinical treatment plans in accordance with identified needs and treatment goals.
  • Serving as liaison between providers, patients, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate services.
  • Providing compassionate care by anticipating patients' anxieties and answering questions and concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care services in the EMR system.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or active RN license without limitations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays with weekends and rotational holidays.
  • Excellent listening, counseling, interpersonal, and communication skills.
