Job Summary

We're seeking a Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Catering Assistant, you will support our Catering Manager in delivering fantastic customer service, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their guests.
  • Assist with food preparation, presentation, and service, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Support the Catering Manager in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role is preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
