About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team at Chartwells - Universities. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive and friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high-quality food and beverages that meet our high standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a warm welcome for our clients and customers
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Operate the cash register efficiently and handle transactions with ease
  • Uphold the highest standards of food handling and hygiene
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor
