Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Citizens Financial Group, Inc. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions, including cash and digital payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and referral goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with a focus on recommending and referring products and services.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months of experience processing transactions.
  • Motivational skills to drive sales and referrals.
  • Process-oriented and detail-focused, with the ability to multitask effectively.
