Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Hallmark Youthcare Richmond Inc. in the Greater Richmond area. As a leading Residential Treatment Center, we provide quality care to adolescents with emotional and behavioral issues triggered by trauma.

The successful candidate will have a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Virginia and 1+ years of nursing experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $93,600 - $104,800, depending on experience and shift differentials.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and provide safe, quality care to residents utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Work effectively with residents ages 11-17, applying sound judgment with clinical skills to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Communicate effectively verbally and with sound documentation skills.
