Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at LMG Connecticut. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through exceptional sales and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shadow top-performing sales executives and work closely with senior account managers to gain a deep understanding of client campaign strategies, KPIs, products, services, and promotions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to educate consumers on the benefits of our clients' products and services, ultimately driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all order adjustments, price quotations, purchase orders, and billing inquiries with customers directly.
  • Participate in in-person meetings and virtual conferences to stay up-to-date on client product knowledge and maintain compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, marketing, sales, and customer service, to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through active listening, consultative relationship building, and empathetic communication, ultimately increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred or in the process of completion.
  • 0-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Client Relations, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.
