We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Product Delivery Manager to join our Product and Technology team at Spectrum. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of project development and implementation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of approved project scope.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and resource usage to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery timelines and drive project success.
  • Communicate project status updates and reporting to internal customers, gathering feedback and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices, using project management tools and systems to drive project performance.
  • Develop and maintain program/project documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field, or relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of multiple project management disciplines, with expertise in project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize, facilitate, and organize effectively.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, with a proven ability to show judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties.
