Key Responsibilities
• Collaborates with the Regional Account Executive to develop strategies aimed at increasing sales within the designated region, focusing on in-store activations, performance metrics, and future growth initiatives.
• Conducts comprehensive training sessions for retail partners, ensuring they are well-versed in brand and product knowledge to foster sales growth.
• Assists in executing promotional events and brand-led activities that elevate the in-store experience for customers.
• Prepares and submits weekly reports detailing in-store events, brand performance, and partner feedback.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the retail beauty or cosmetics industry is required. The role necessitates a commitment of 20-25 hours in-store weekly, along with an additional 2-3 hours for administrative tasks.
• Regular one-on-one meetings with the Regional Account Executive to discuss strategies and performance.
• Availability to work in-store 4-5 days a week, primarily on weekends, to support sales initiatives and training efforts.
• Reliable transportation is essential, along with the ability to travel within the designated region to engage with retail partners.
• Capability to handle event materials and heavy product shipments during store visits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
