Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Building Engineer to join our team at Lincoln Property Company. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing technical and mechanical functions at our properties in the Charlotte area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct daily inspections of properties to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Assist with the installation and alteration of building equipment systems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Engineer to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical training or experience in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems.
  • At least three years of experience in commercial building maintenance.
  • Familiarity with fire/life safety equipment and procedures.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

The Mobile Building Engineer will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel between properties. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights is required.
