Job Title: Product Control Worker

Location: San Marcos

Work Schedule: Nights: Monday-Friday, 10P-6:30A/FINISH

Hours Per Week: 40+ hours; Full Time

Job Duties:

The Product Control Worker is responsible for receiving and organizing palletized or crated product, loading trucks based on loadsheets, and conducting inventory checks and bin audits. This role may also involve moving or stacking product by hand to boxes or crates, stretching-wrapping stacks or pallets by hand or machine as needed, and using a metal case hook to pull or push heavy stacks of milk weighing up to 330lbs. The worker must be physically able to lift up to 75lbs on occasion and work in a cold environment averaging 35° degrees Fahrenheit. The role requires the ability to speak, read, and understand English, and heavy labor experience in a similar environment is preferred.

Physical Demands:

The employee is regularly required to use hands to grip, handle, or write; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, or reach with hands and arms; may regularly bend or occasionally climb, balance, or stoop. The employee may regularly push, pull, lift, and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

The employee is regularly exposed to cold, wet, and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts.
