Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Control Worker to join our team at Hollandia Dairy. As a Product Control Worker, you will be responsible for receiving and organizing palletized or crated product, loading trucks based on loadsheets, and conducting inventory checks and bin audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and organize palletized or crated product
- Load trucks based on loadsheets
- Conduct inventory checks and bin audits
- Move or stack product by hand to boxes or crates
- Stretch-wrap stacks or pallets by hand or machine as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to speak, read and understand English
- Heavy labor experience in a similar environment is preferred
- Physical ability to lift up to 75lbs on occasion
- Ability to work in a cold environment averaging 35° degrees Fahrenheit
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to cold, wet and/or humid conditions and; moving mechanical parts.
