Work Schedule: NIGHTS: Monday-Friday, 2p-10:30P

Hours Per Week: 40+ hours; Full Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Control Worker to join our team at Hollandia Dairy. As a Product Control Worker, you will be responsible for receiving and organizing palletized or crated product, loading trucks based on loadsheets, and performing inventory checks and bin audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and organize palletized or crated product
  • Load trucks based on loadsheets
  • Perform inventory checks and bin audits
  • Move or stack product by hand to boxes or crates
  • Stretch-wrap stacks or pallets by hand or machine as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to speak, read and understand English
  • Heavy labor experience in a similar environment is preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs on occasion
  • Ability to work in a cold environment averaging 35° degrees Fahrenheit

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to grip, handle, or write; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, or reach with hands and arms; may regularly bend or occasionally climb, balance or stoop.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to cold, wet and/or humid conditions and; moving mechanical parts.
