Job Purpose:

The Area Manager plays a critical role in driving sales growth, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences across their stores. This leader will provide strategic direction, oversee sales performance, and foster a culture of excellence, productivity, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceed sales targets and drive business growth through effective sales strategies and team leadership.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of guest service, product knowledge, and operational excellence.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, including interviewing, coaching, and evaluating talent.
  • Conduct business reporting and guest insights to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
  • Oversee store P&L, KPIs, and inventory management to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and local safety standards, including food safety, OSHA, and wage laws.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail or restaurant management, with a team of at least 15 team members.
  • Knowledge and interest in health, fitness, and wellness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building guest relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to adapt to new procedures, processes, and priorities, with sound judgment and a commitment to excellence.
  • Proficiency in sales principles, KPI deliverables, and guest service practices.
  • California Food Handler Card or applicable state-specific requirement at the time of hire is preferred.
