A Career that MattersAs a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting medical professionals, patients, and field sales teams with comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and technical expertise. You will leverage your advanced knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, and cardiac pacing systems to provide exceptional support.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers to achieve assigned goals. Your ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently, think critically, and communicate effectively will be invaluable assets in this position.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Interface: Provide senior-level clinical interface between medical professionals and business stakeholders
- Relationship Building: Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers, sharing product expertise and driving credible business partnerships
- Comprehensive Support: Offer engineering, sales, education, and clinical support to field inquiries on CRM products
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the Cardiac Rhythm Team to provide additional back-up support in areas such as sales, training, studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and new product training
- Mentorship: Mentor less experienced Clinical Specialists, providing leadership and guidance to drive growth and success

RequirementsTo succeed in this dynamic role, you should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, related field, or equivalent healthcare experience
- 4+ years of related experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program
- Certifications in CRM products
- Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, and cardiac pacing systems
- Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol
- Advanced communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and collaborate effectively
- Extensive personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office or equivalent software
