Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work schedules of Repair Technicians, ensuring timely completion of repair plans.
  • Monitor Technician productivity and repair quality, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, reviewing and improving processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other company personnel to resolve service incidents and issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent field with a minimum 5 years of field service technician experience or working in an in-house service repair department with a minimum 2 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge of KPIs and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to communicate with management, employees, and customers.
  • Working knowledge of SAP ERP system.
  • Mentoring, coaching, and employee development skills.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices in an ISO environment.
