Key Responsibilities:



  • Process Improvement Projects: Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.

  • Documenting Processes: Update existing and aid in development of new support documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.

  • Lean Manufacturing Implementation: Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing methods and procedures to streamline processes and reduce waste.

  • Layout and Flow: Support overall plant process flows and updates to existing facility layout documentation and drawings.

  • Additional opportunities in material consolidation, TPM, CNC programming, data collection and interpretation, general workplace organization, and other projects as they become site priority.

Compensation:


This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.



  • The expected Base Hourly Range: $25-26. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

  • Bonus Eligible: No
