Responsibilities
  • Accurately record sales transactions and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Assist sales team members with sales floor tasks, including visual merchandising and housekeeping.
  • Support operations team with tasks such as restocking store packaging, cleaning client jewelry, and preparing client packages for shipping.
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking office supplies, packaging materials, and stationery.
  • Identify and report any issues or concerns to the operations team.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an operational role in a customer service environment, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs and to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
