Guest Check-In and Check-Out

Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations via our spa software, and process all check-outs, including resolving any issues and disputed charges.

Payment Processing

Process all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit.

Guest Communication

Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.

Coordination and Communication

Coordinate with other spa departments and providers to track the readiness of services, and supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.

Reporting and Administration

Run daily reports, identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy, and complete designated cashier and closing report in our computer system and in Micros.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional guest service.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must have the work permit and proper paperwork to be employed in the USA, follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, and maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.
