Job Title: Front Desk/Host

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk/Host to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a Front Desk/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests with a smile, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones to provide a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Act as an ambassador for the building, promoting a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere that reflects the Dave & Buster's brand.
  • Manage wait times and communicate information to guests, team members, and managers to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Assist with merchandise sales, restocking supplies, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk and Host station.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional guest service.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
