About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Partnerships Manager to join our team at CJ. As a key member of our Client Development team, you will play a critical role in supporting our advertisers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier publishers, negotiating media placements and packages, evaluating performance, and making recommendations for future investments.
  • Publisher Relationship Management: Recruit, manage, and develop top-tier publisher relationships on behalf of advertisers, communicating expectations, sharing best practices, disseminating offers and promotions, and providing account updates to an advertiser's growing publisher base.
  • Program Performance Optimization: Help advertisers maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of their affiliate spend by building and interpreting program performance data.
  • Strategic Leadership: As a growth opportunity, potential to lead overall strategy and execution of an advertiser's affiliate program.
  • Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to identify and troubleshoot complex program management and technical challenges, and mentor Client Partnerships Associates, providing guidance and best practices to help team members succeed.
