About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Lead Consultant to join our US Impact Assessment department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating statutory EIA and non-statutory environmental assessment processes for major development proposals in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scoping and coordination of environmental baseline data collection, interpretation of data, and provision of advice regarding environmental and sustainability constraints and opportunities for development
  • Developing trusted advisor relationships with Ramboll colleagues, supply chain partners, and clients
  • Advanced report writing skills, ability to provide efficient peer review, and coordination of management of spatial data, including preparation of figures
  • Support for and/or leadership of key technical and commercial aspects of project delivery
  • Advisory skills in relation to preparing materials for stakeholder meetings and public consultations and participation in public consultation
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or a related environmental discipline. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience on complex projects, with experience in the energy sector being advantageous but not essential.

As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to approach issues in a clear and logical manner. You will also have proficiency in MS Office Suite and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
