Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct ABA therapy in home and community-based settings
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure implementation of treatment plans
