Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in home and community-based settings
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT)/BCAT/Behavior Technicians to ensure implementation of treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care
- Maintain accurate data collection and analysis to track client progress and inform treatment decisions
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities
