Job SummaryThe Patient Finance Representative will play a critical role in helping patients navigate complex billing and financial workflows. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure delivery of the highest quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately perform administrative duties required to work with patients, insurance companies, and other professional organizations.
- Provide estimates, confirm insurance, secure authorizations, and answer billing questions.
- Collect payment and provide financial assistance and payment options to patients.
- Assist ancillary providers and vendors as needed.
- 1 year of experience in healthcare required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business preferred.
- Not applicable for licensure/certification requirements.
This role will work in a professional setting, making in-bound and outbound calls to patients, insurance companies, and other professional organizations.
Hours of WorkMonday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm. Weekend and call requirements as needed.
