Job Title: Luther Direct Driver

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Luther Direct Driver to join our team at the Luther Customer Care Center. As a Luther Direct Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by safely transporting their vehicles from their doorstep to our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a variety of vehicles across the metro area and beyond, using a mobile app to communicate with customers and receive trip assignments.
  • Ensure safe and timely transportation of customer vehicles, maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Follow all company procedures and guidelines for pick up and delivery of customer vehicles, maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns to management.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
