Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
In this role, you will work directly with clients in a clinical setting by engaging with them and documenting interactions, needs, and concerns based on the behavior management plans in place. Your primary responsibility is to provide compassionate and effective support to help clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized behavior management plans
- Document client interactions, progress, and concerns in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with the Behavior Support Services Case Coordinator and Director of Behavior Assessment and Consultative Services to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology preferred
- Valid Maryland driver's license required
- Ability to comfortably lift up to 50lb
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to staff and board members of different backgrounds and cultures
