Customer Service Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lead Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Lead shifts, manage store operations, and supervise a team of sales associates
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve store goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
