About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT System Administrator to join our team at Apex Innovations. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and availability of our systems, as well as optimizing their performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Administration: Ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, including the Microsoft environment.
  • Infrastructure Management: Optimize and maintain hardware and software in the server and client areas.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Independently plan and implement IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Network Infrastructure: Plan, operate, and monitor the network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Successfully completed vocational training in a related field, such as IT system integration or IT business administration, or several years of professional experience as a career changer.
  • Technical Skills: Further training and certification in the Microsoft environment, such as Azure Administrator Associate, MCSA/MCSE.
  • Soft Skills: High level of reliability, initiative, flexibility, motivation, customer service orientation, strong communication skills, and teamwork.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German at an advanced B2 level.
