Human Resources Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Shared Services Specialist to join our team at Envista Holdings Corporation. This role will be responsible for providing centralized HR services, ensuring consistency in processes across Operating Companies, and serving as a central resource for the Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities- Create, update, and maintain employee records, position details, and organizational data in Workday (HRIS); process hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Collaborate across OpCos and Departments to ensure a smooth onboarding/offboarding experience for employees.
- Contribute to and maintain SharePoint/Envista Connect for HR-facing and employee-facing content and resources.
- Maintain a list of FAQs for employees, updating as required.
- Help manage, organize, and complete actions in the HRSS central email inbox.
- Participate in special projects as needed, such as digitizing personnel files, I9 verification, and ensuring the New Hire Orientation deck is current and digitized for delivery.
- Manage digital files, legal holds, document requests, and all other items related to digital file maintenance.
- Provide information, guidance, or instruction to employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and Maintain Human Resources Shared Services Standard Work.
- Provide insight and guidance on opportunities for process improvement and actively participate in projects and Envista Business Systems to improve the overall HRSS functions.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in business, human resources, or other related field.
- Workday knowledge/experience desirable.
- Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate ability.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English via spoken and written word.
Envista Holdings Corporation offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
