Job Description

In this role, you will manage a caseload of voluntary benefits in a TPA capacity, building and maintaining effective relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include processing payroll deductions, application and reconciliation of remittance files, and utilization of insurance carrier resources to research status and premiums waived. You will also provide customer services to employees, clients, and insurance carriers via phone and email.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ year experience in Billing and Reconciliation
  • 1+ year experience in Customer Service
  • MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Webex, Teams proficiency
  • Third Party Administration experience a plus but not required
