Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at GARNER BROS PLUMBING & HEATING. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and experience with QuickBooks Online.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle various administrative tasks, including creating and sending invoices and statements.
  • Manage accounts payable, process payments, and reconcile accounts monthly.
  • Assist in maintaining a well-organized workspace and ordering office supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • A minimum of six months' experience in bookkeeping or office management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
