The Hume Center is seeking a skilled Office Management Specialist to support the daily operations of our clinics. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences, this role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with program management staff to discuss operational matters
  • Provide clients with information about services and support them throughout their journey
  • Train and coordinate communication among team members
  • Log referrals, file documents, and perform data entry tasks
  • Fax important documents and maintain accurate accounting records
  • Greet clients, schedule appointments, collect payments, and answer phone calls in a professional manner
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations at all times

This position requires a strong organizational and time management skillset, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve common goals.

About This Role

As an Office Management Specialist at The Hume Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. Requirements
