Key Responsibilities- Check in vehicles upon arrival and inform customers when their vehicles are ready for pickup.
- Assist technicians with necessary documentation and paperwork.
- Support the parts department as needed, including pulling parts for technicians and maintaining inventory.
- Ensure the parts department is organized and clean.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with customers.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and conflict resolution.
- Capable of multitasking and staying organized in a busy setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
We offer competitive hourly wages ranging from $18 to $25 per hour, along with opportunities for commission and weekly pay.
