Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Manager to oversee the daily administration, operation, and personnel of our manufactured home community in Wichita, KS. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of property management experience and a proven track record of managing teams and maintaining a safe and attractive community environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily collections, pursue delinquent rents, and perform evictions within state and landlord laws.
  • Hire, train, and motivate onsite staff to ensure deadlines are met and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Inspect community grounds and community-owned homes to maintain a presentable appearance.
  • Manage maintenance staff, process invoices, and maintain petty cash.
  • Ensure accurate compensation and benefits for employees and maintain employee files and records.
  • Build relationships with residents, respond to needs, and coordinate advertising and promotions.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of property management experience with proven management skills.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Detailed-orientated and the ability to multitask and problem solve.
  • Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook; MRI experience preferred.
  • Ability to be flexible and work evenings and weekends.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Operator's license required.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
