Compensation & Benefits:
- This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 per year.
- In addition to the base salary, this role also offers a commission structure based on sales, providing the opportunity for additional income.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Parts Manager with daily operations of the parts department, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone, to assist customers with finding the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles.
- Generate sales through effective communication with customers and offering a wide range of product options.
- Collaborate with the service and sales departments to fulfill their parts needs in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized inventory records and perform inventory audits as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on current and upcoming products and promotions to better assist customers.
- Assist in training and coaching new parts team members on processes and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department to ensure a positive and professional environment for employees and customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in parts departments.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
