Job Title: Parts Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team at Diehl CDJR of Butler. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with technicians and vendors, maintaining a clean and professional work environment, and interacting with our Body Shop & Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with technicians and vendors to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the counter, work area, and stockroom.
  • Interact with the Body Shop & Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.
  • Order parts from suppliers based on Service Team requests.
  • Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas.
  • Check quantity and condition of goods received against invoices and purchase orders.
  • Process core returns, parts warranties, and parts returns as necessary.
  • Must be able to lift 60 pounds from floor.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in the retail/wholesale automotive parts industry is recommended. Self-motivated individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on customer satisfaction are encouraged to apply.
