  • Circulating through the work area to maintain a safe and welcoming environment, reporting any issues or concerns
  • Staying up-to-date on Standard Operating Procedures and effectively communicating them to team members
  • Creating and implementing pre-show, show, and post-show duties, ensuring seamless execution of events
  • Supervising staff, creating checklists and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
Key Responsibilities:
  • Working knowledge of high-volume, high-stress operations
  • Excellent guest relations and staff relations skills, with the ability to assess and anticipate needs
  • Prioritization of duties and effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and issues simultaneously, maintaining a positive attitude
  • Reading guests to anticipate their needs and turning potentially negative situations into positive ones
  • Communicating effectively with team members and managers, fostering a culture of unity and camaraderie
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisor experience
  • Experience in a live music environment
  • Understanding of all trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Working Environment:
  • Fast-paced, often loud and stressful working environment
  • Extended periods of prolonged standing, working on your feet, and exposure to different weather conditions
  • Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques
